This module deep dives into the relationship with expression. It looks at the reasons we fear expressing naturally and spontaneously and supports you to embrace vulnerability. This module is packed with practical vocal exercises to get you expressing confidently.
This is the shortest module in the course, but perhaps the most profound. Looking at the choices that really matter and how we can be empowered to make the choices that will change our life.
Your body is a module that honours your body as a whole intelligence that can express in harmony or in dis-harmony - depending on your choice. Holistic expression is looking at the body as one vehicle of expression - there is no part that is not a part - this may sound obvious, but we often follow our head leaving our bodies to catch up and clean up the mess. This often causes exhaustion and our body has to correct the balance and recuperate by falling ill. This module focuses on self-care inspired from self-love rather than as an imposed discipline.
Your life is a philosophical look at the way we live and express. What is in your life is the result of your expression up to this moment. What are your goals and dreams? What happens when you accomplish them? There are exercises to focus on appreciation, how to focus on your personal goals and zooming out to see the bigger picture of purpose.

For the course to be effective, you must be committed and consistent in your approach so please bear this in mind. Long term solutions require focus and presence, if you would like support with this please don't hesitate to get in touch.
You don't need to know how to sing or have any music ability whatsoever to do this course. The vocal exercises are gentle and healing in nature and although they will help your voice to become more powerful, they're main function is not to improve singing ability.
I strongly advise that if you suffer depression as a regular mental health issue, to seek the support of a qualified therapist or councilor. The course will support you greatly, but I'm not a Doctor, and don't claim to cure depression or anxiety related illnesses. What I will say is that the course will do you no harm as long as you take it as a complimentary modality.
